Kraft/Tech, Inc. is manufacturer of aftermarket motorcycle frames and swingarms since 1990 and distributed in Europe exclusively by Zodiac. These high quality frames and swingarms are handcrafted in the USA, using the highest quality steel. All steel tubing of frames and swingarms is in-house mandrel bent and further in-house TIG-MIG welded on state-of-the-art equipment. Kraft/Tech dual down tube Softail style frames are available for Panhead, Shovelhead and Evolution style engines. Frames are set up for 1987 thru 1999 Softail shocks. All frames have straight down tubes with solid steel welded front and rear motor mounts. Motor mounts are milled for easy installation of engines and feature built-in offsets for perfect weight balance of wide tire applications. Solid steel transmission plates and transmission mounts are welded in place to provide maximum strength and best possible drive line alignment. Frames for 200 thru 250 wide rear tires have offset transmission mounts and require the use of a 25mm inner primary spacer ring and extended crankshaft extension. Necks are CNC-machined from solid steel, available in various rakes. Steel gas tank mounts are welded in place to suit OEM and most aftermarket flatside gas tanks. An adjustable steel seat bracket is welded on the frame to fit OEM and most aftermarket seats. Swingarms are available in 3 styles: Stock Style with stock carriers and 3/4" axle, High-Torque Style with 1" hidden axle and Dagger Style with 1" hidden axle. For ideal weight balance the frames are available as Regular Left Side Drive (LSD) up to 250 wide rear tire and Right Side Drive (RSD) for wider than 250 rear tire.
